Today’s Cup of Tea: Ali Shan Oolong Tea by The Tao of Tea. I love the taste of oolong tea, slightly floral, slightly sweet. This tea is dried and then twisted and tied into tiny little knots that unravel as they steep.

Today’s Cup of Tea: Organic Jasmine Green by Allegro Tea. People tend to either love green tea or hate it. And to the haters, I always first check if they are brewing it properly and then second, I always recommend a Jasmine green. All green tea must be brewed at 170 degrees—otherwise it burns, and turns bitter. You shouldn’t need sugar with a good cup of green tea!

Today’s Cup of Tea: Clear Mind Kombucha by Brew Dr. This is one of my go-to kombuchas. I love the green tea, mint, and sage combination. It has such a subtle refreshing taste—it’s the perfect pick-me-up. I especially love this brand because it tastes more like tea rather than vinegar (if you know kombucha, you know what I mean!)
